Good Faith Estimate
Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the expected costs of non-emergency health-care items or services. While it is not possible for me to know, in advance, how many therapy sessions may be necessary or appropriate for a given person, a Good Faith Estimate provides an estimate of the cost of services provided.

Teletherapy
Teletherapy

The Coronavirus pandemic has changed how we interact with various dimensions of experience, and mental health concerns are manifesting at higher levels as we all learn to adjust to a new way of being in the world. To promote safety and protection, in addition to in-person sessions, I currently offer tele-therapy sessions for all of the counseling approaches I use and services I offer. Tele-therapy is the provision of mental health services via technology (e.g., phone, video). It allows client-therapist contact and care using a HIPAA-compliant platform to ensure confidentiality. Tele-therapy is supported by research and is a convenient and discreet way to connect with a licensed therapist from the comfort of your home.

I have completed advanced certified training in tele-therapy to optimize your therapeutic experience. Having said that, as with any mental health treatment approach, tele-therapy is not suitable for everyone. Please contact me to schedule a 15-minute complimentary phone consultation to discuss your therapeutic needs and determine if tele-therapy is a viable option for you.

Payment & Cancellations
Payment & Cancellations

Cash and credit cards are accepted. Payment is due at the beginning of the session.

Arriving after the appointment time deducts time from your session. In case of late arrival or no-show, you are responsible for the full appointment fee. To cancel, or to reschedule your appointment, please contact me at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment time. Any cancellations made less than 24 hours from your appointment will incur the full cost of the session.

Please note that it is my policy to keep your credit card number on file in order to cover fees for attended sessions, no-shows, canceling within 24 hours of your appointment, and other costs related to professional services.

I care deeply about your therapeutic experience and about how we are connecting with one another. Over the years, clients have expressed their appreciation for my presence and dedication to our shared journey. I am acutely attuned to your unique therapeutic needs and believe in the importance of allowing the therapy process to unfold organically to better meet those needs. I am also strongly committed to maintaining confidentiality. To safeguard your confidentiality and privacy, to honor the process-oriented nature of therapy, and to ensure the highest degree of therapeutic care, I do not accept insurance and do not provide superbills. I do prepare generic receipts with no clinical information.
